At HM GOLF, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, please review our returns policy below.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unworn, unused and unwashed
- All original tags are still attached
- The item is returned in original condition
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on items that show signs of wear or use.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
In these cases, HM GOLF will cover the cost of return shipping and offer a replacement, repair, or refund, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
How to Lodge a Return
To request a return or exchange, please email us at:
Include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
We’ll respond with instructions on how to return your item.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10-15 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please let us know when contacting us. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
